PHYSIOTHERAPY

We can help you reach your health & wellness goals

Physiotherapy helps to restore and preserve one's mobility, function and quality of life through physical rehabilitation and injury prevention and recovery.

Our physiotherapists are trained to work with you from a holistic approach to help you reach your goals whether that is to improve sports performance, manage injury, disease or disability, and much more. Our goal is to support you to regain mobility and function, reduce pain, improve strength, balance and coordination. We aim to educate you on individualized exercises and optimal body mechanics so you do not need to be reliant on a primary care provider but can self-manage after your treatment block. â€‹â€‹
