MEET OUR TEAM

What is Bodywork Massage?

Massage Therapy is a regulated profession which requires a certain level of education and gives the individual the skills for assessment and treatment of conditions.

Although Bodyworkers can be individuals with slightly less education, they can also be folks who have graduated a Registered Massage Therapy program waiting on completing the entry exam - which is the case with our newest addition, Tom!

Bodywork massage is a great opportunity to allow your body and mind to relax and restore. And, although Bodywork treatment is not eligible to be covered by extended health - unless you have a 'health and wellness spending account' - the cost per session is lower and an amazing investment in your wellbeing.

THE WELCOME 'WAGGIN'

When you arrive to our clinic, you'll likely be greeted by one of our beloved welcome 'waggin' members. Tessa is in the clinic more often than the more sizeable Koda, and both are extremely gentle, appreciative of pets and love treats 🐾

What Our Clients are Saying

"The space inside is inviting, cozy and clean. You totally forget you are in an office building. I have had massage from both Trina and Anne-Marie and love going to them both. Definitely my favourite Registered Massage Therapists. Both of these ladies are professional and friendly and really care about your well-being."
