Cancelation Policy
IF YOU ARE FEELING UNWELL, PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE CLINIC. Our practitioners do their utmost to keep healthy and ensure the health of all our patients.  Kindly advise us as soon as possible if you're experiencing any signs or symptoms of cold, flu or COVID.  We will do our very best to reschedule you once you are feeling better.

Our goal is to always provide a safe, comfortable and respectful environment for all our clients and practitioners alike.

With this in mind:

Our cancelation policy will remain modified since COVID-19, however as a courtesy to your fellow patients we do request that if you cannot keep your appointment kindly notify us as soon as possible (ideally by email or text) so we can offer your time to other clients on our waitlist.

New bookings will require a credit card on file in order to reserve an appointment.

Missed (no-show) appointments without notice WILL BE CHARGED at the full rate.

Appointments that are cancelled (due to illness) with less than 2 hours notice may be subject to a $25 cancelation fee.

Our Approach to Health and Safety

It has been an interesting few years!  Here's how we are moving forward:

Due to the fact practitioners are in close physical proximity with patients we are supportive of our clients and staff who wish to wear disposable or cloth masks, however wearing a mask for your visit is not mandatory inside the building.

Our therapists are open to discuss with you  whether you prefer them to wear a mask while in the treatment room and will work within your comfort level.  We each adjust our practice to the clients we treat.

All our practioners are vaccinated (with boosters).  This has been a requirement for all members of the CMTBC to remain registered.

We understand different people have varying levels of comfort and we endeavour to ensure all our patients feel safe and respected.

We ask everyone kindly continue to follow reasonable physical distancing measures, and we ask that you arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to minimize the number of people in the reception area at any given time.

Hand sanitizer is provided upon entry to the building and public washrooms are available near the elevators.

Common touch surfaces within our office are routinely disinfected and treatment rooms are disinfected before and after every patient visit.  We also run air filters in each treatment room throughout the day and in our main space during yoga and meditation classes.

More information regarding our precautionary steps will be included in your booking confirmation email but please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns.
