Direct Billing Options

Many insurance companies now offer direct billing for massage therapy.  You can check the details of your policy and what it covers through your employee benefits booklet provided by your employer.  We've also added contact links for the insurers below if you have specific questions for them.

Please note that some policies are set up to pay the provider directly, but not all.  What this means for you is that we submit the claim electronically but you may still be required to pay up front, and you get reimbursed by the insurance company.

Apologies, but as of August 2023, we will not be offering direct billing to ICBC.
